What is a good natural or hollistic remedy for seasonal allergies?

Resolved Question

What is a good natural or hollistic remedy for seasonal allergies?

animal dander, hay, and grass make me sneeze, itchy throat, and itchy watery eyes

I discovered that wheat gluten causes my seasonal allergies to kick up. When I don't eat wheat in any form, my pollen allergies disappear. It takes about 3 day for the gluten to clear my system.

Also adding a little honey to hot beverages like coffee or tea helps also.

  • The most natural remedy for allergies that I know of from experience is bee pollen granules. Depending on your allergy reaction and symptoms its imperative that you consult with an alternative health doctor just to make sure the right amount is prescribed. Usually you start off with 1 or 2 small granules and work your way up. Hope this helps. :)
  • an alternative away really varies on what you are willing to go for

    1. chiropractics has been known to be pretty effect against allergies
    2. acupuncture and/or acupressure has helped
    3. the non-health way is just drinking green tea.
