Somebody told me that yoga can teach us how to have a very deep deep sleep, so deep that we get "reloaded" in only a couple of hours...

Is it true?

Can you give me some infos and advice, please, thanks

I can't really answer the Yoga part, but I can answer the query about sleeping.

The average adult requires 8-10 hours of sleep a night. A typical sleep cycle lasts for an hour and half so you should generally try and set your alarm clock to wake up at the end of a cycle.

The ideal amount of sleep for any human is right around 9 hours. It would be impossible to be 100% in your day-to-day activities if you were to ritually sleep only 5 hours a night.
