Any ways to go to sleep other than pills!?

i can't sleep. i haven't been able to lately. but, i can't stay up.. i have to go to NYC really early tmrw.

& i can't take pills to help me go to sleep.

i'm being serious.. any ways other than pills, to go to sleep!?

there is a chemical in turkey and milk called tryptophan that makes you sleepy. Cut out all caffeine after 3pm. Meditation would help also... zone out and relax. =)

  • just think of something that will make you cry , about a lost friend or dog remember how you loved it , then ball your eyes out.After that it makes you tired and you fall into a good healing sleep.
    If your too high just try reading... Im on the other side of the world and it is miday :)
  • Work out at night before bed. If that doesnt work, smoke some weed.
