have roti at the night

  • To decrease your belly, you need to cut down carbohydate intake, namely rice,potato, oily foods and junk foods. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits (except banana).Start execises especially aerobics like brisk walking ,jogging,skipping and swimming. The type,amount and intensity excercise depends on your age,any underlying conditions like high BP, and or coronary heart disease. This can be checked by your doctor. If you take alcohol stop it. If you are nonveg change to veg; will make things easier. Belly fat takes longer time to come downthan fat in other parts of the body, so you need to patience and perseverence
  • I don't know what a belly is! But if you meant your belly.. I would exercises more and defiantly stop eating bad foods. It's quite easy to loose weight if you REALLY want it.
