Alternative meds, how do I use my Moxi-heat apparatus ?

I bought one of these from my acupuncturist and either lost the instructions or forgot what she told me and now I don't have contact with her like i need, no insurance, but I need to use it. Can someone please tell me how to use it. thanks

It is a Chinese product and I bet the instruction were in chinese. so I need someone on here who has one and knows how they work.
