How can i start taking proper pills?

right well im old enough to start taking proper head ache pills and so fourth now, i dont do any drugs that are bad, but every time i go to take one its just like my body rejects it and wont let my mouth swallow it any help thanks :)

Close your eyes and suddenly take dose of it and after that take a sip of honey thats it

• Try to take it with some juice not soda and hold your nose as you are taking the pills.
