Yeast infections and their cures?

They say that yogurt cures a yeast infection...do you actually put the yogurt on your vagina?

I've used garlic douche:
blend a bunch of garlic cloves in the blender, strain, douche 2,3 times a day.

• Do not put yogurt on your v-jay -- use Monistat or a similar ointment. If you have frequent infections consider changing your diet.

• get some monistat...... its actually for yeast infections.. why go through another day of irritation just to "try" a wives tale..
