Honey. Is it good for colds?

what are the benificial factors when using it for colds? or is it not good for colds?

Well, honey is tasty, has a nice color and have some good healing qualities.
As far as i know, honey with chopped onion would make you feel better on any kind of cold. its a kind of folk remedy.
Usually i would recommend onion for its great similarity in symptoms to those of a common cold, but with honey it makes it easier to swallow.

  • Honey is great for colds, It is best to get honey locally where you live. The reason for this is that local honey comes from local bee's. The bee's pollinatee the flowers around you that your system is used to indirectly giving some of the medicine from each of those plants. Honey will sooth your throat and help your cough.

  • Its good for a sore or dry thoat but it won't stop a cold
  • It good for you immune system. I use to eat tons of it, never got sick.
