Can anybody explain the potencies in homeopathic medicines?

i have fractured my wrist. i bought SYMPHYTUM in tincture form but can't make out what potency it is..it has EMPTY SET sign used in maths, the 0 with a / over it , after SYMPHYTUM.

looks like it is the pure tincture. Then you might even have a chance that you get an effect because it is a herbal remedy.

High dilutions do not work because they contain none of the stubstance.
