It's the bulimia . Believe me it takes time for your hair to grow back. Be patient. Let yourself heal

  • It's bulimia. Are you a boy or girl? My friend had bulimia and she stopped as well after the eighth grade. We are now sophomores in college and her hair unfortunately never grew back. It started getting fuller after she got pregnant, but nothing before then. Whatever you do, don't try those hair thickening shampoo's.. I'd recommend asking your doctor or reading up further on it because I heard they actually damage your hair more than they help it.

  • Premature balding does happen, tho it's pretty rare to happen this young.

It's likely to be to do with the bulimia as this will make you generally unhealthy, and the associated stress can certainly cause alopecia.

Please seek some help if you haven't already - if you've suffered with bulimia then you obviously need some help. You need to speak to a doctor about having some counselling.

  • Yes it most likely from the bulimia. You need to be sure that you eat good healthy nutritious food and take a multivitamin each day.

Also you could try this shampoo that will help called nioxin.
