WHERE CAN I FIND NANO HERBAL EXTRACTS?

Resolved Question

WHERE CAN I FIND NANO HERBAL EXTRACTS?

NANO HERBALEXTRACTS

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker

I found this website that look interesting - as the particle size of the extract gets smaller, the bioavailability in the body increases. Wow! I did not know about that.

I hope this helps.

  • Nano is short for "nanometer", which is one-billionth of a meter in size. Unlike colloidal silver and other colloidal metal products where ultra-small particles are important in order to obtain maximum surface are for given PPM (parts per million) of the metal, I do not thing that there is likely to be much to gain from trying to produce herbal extracts composed of such tiny particles.

As a matter of fact, it is likely that most of the compounds found in herbal extracts are considerably larger than a nanometer to begin with. Keep in mind that a typical human hair is between 50,000 and 100,000 nanometers wide.

Anyone advertising "nano" herbal products may just be using a gimmicky title to play off on the publicity about nanotechnology and such a label may have little or no bearing on the quality of the herbal extracts.

The best way to get herbal extracts is to find a source that uses wildcrafted herbs which are properly stored, dried and/or extracted.
