I had a fall...............?

Resolved Question

I had a fall...............?

About 5 years ago I had a fall (on cement stairs) and it was a bad bruise...the bruise went away but the bump is still there. The size of the bump is still the same size as it was after the fall. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? make it go away? Any help appreciated.

Additional Details

I have seen a doctor and the only option he gave me is surgery that is why I'm looking for other answers.

Daily doses of apple cider vinegar may be your best bet (be sure to get an organic non-distilled product like Braggs for optimum health benefits).

Other items which may help include lemon water, magnesium citrate, IP6 and digestive enzymes (especially the ones containing serrapeptase). The digestive enzymes should be taken in quantity two or three times a day on an empty stomach for maximum effectiveness.

One or more of the above items may help, but you will have to be patient as it will likely take time. And there is the possibility that the calcium buildup due to the original injury will not go completely away without surgery no matter what you do.

  • Your doctor is probably right. Just don't start taking stuff without knowing all the risks - apple cider vinegar for example probably won't do anything helpful, long term use can be dangerous, and the safety, risks and interactions are largely unknown. Any alternatives should always be discussed with your doctor.

  • See your doctor to find out what it is. And castor oil on the bruise might help as well as daily stretches and light yoga.

Well try a chiropractor they could help.
