Place Hematite over the front of your lower leg and down at the arch of your foot. Next use Smoky Quartz on both sides of your leg. Rest and relax for 15-20 minutes. Hope this helps!

  • They are caused by the muscles in the front of the leg contracting more than the muscles in the back of the leg - and if you aren't careful, the muscles in the front of the leg can actually pull so tight that they wil break the bone...

Build up the amount of time you run very gradually over a period of time. Rest adequately in between. Make sure you stretch very well before, after and inbetween runs. Try a soak in epsom salts (the magnsium in the salts is absorbed by the skin and helps the muscle relax - the heat doesnt hurt either) and massage (Long strokes with light to medium pressure from the ankle to knee) might help too...

But the point really is not to over do it.
That kind of pain is your bodies way of saying "hey there - pay attention, or there will be consequences!"

    Good Luck
  • I would suggest taking it easy and relaxing. Also, use a good pain reliever. I find that Aleve works for almost anything. Ibuprofen is also good for aches and pains.
