Do i need an import license to to bring natural pills from china?

Depends on what country you are in, what is in the pills and what quantity you want to import. If you are just talking about buying 1 or 2 bottles of herbal remedy, you're okay. The license will be owned by the person exporting them to you. If you are talking about buying wholesale in large quantities, yes you have to have an importer's permit. If you are in the U.S., talk to the local rep for the Small Business Administration for help on getting your business set up.
