How do I know if the seeds I buy online are worthy ?

Resolved Question

How do I know if the seeds I buy online are worthy ?

I am starting a few plant and haven't had any potent stuff recently so I am looking to buy some seeds online. I want to know if theres any way of knowing beforehand if the seeds are going to be crap or not. Thanks.

first of all they dont send them in "marked" packaging stating what is inside. When they send it, they send it unmarked in case you dont want anyone knowing what you're buying. Second, buying seeds is not illegal. As strange as that is, its perfectly legal. You can buy them at any weed shop or hemp shop. It would be different if I were buying weed itself online, but I'm not. Thanks for your input, but next time you answer someones question, make sure you know what you're talking about. Thanks :)

no as long as you order them from a reputable place, mostly located in Canada or Amsterdam. Recommend getting a PO box for delivery, harder to grow from seed rather than clones. Are you in a medical state? If so it would be easier to obtain seeds/clones. Check out forums to make sure you are buying from a legit seed company and their reviews are good. Knowing if the seeds are going to produce a good crop depends on the strain and what you are looking for...that my friend you will have to research quite a bit. Otherwise you can go for it, its not going to be crap but may not be what you want. they have pics to go with what the seed produces most of the time.

  • That is one thing I would never do. Packages coming from Amsterdam or Canada with names of head shops on them tend to attract attention. A few plants (that take three months of constant attention to grow correctly) are not worth getting caught shipping illegal substances, which is a FEDERAL offense.
  • buy from places that have a good history and look for pics of seeds that are big and striped
