  • Botanicaly it is " withania somnifera", in common "Winter cherry" or "Indian Ginseng". It is a plant growing all over along dry open uncultivated lands. You will find it on plots unused for any purpose. Strange it should be a neglected herb inspite of its outstanding qualities!
