Which has a worse effect on the internal organs, Naproxen or Aleve?

Resolved Question

Which has a worse effect on the internal organs, Naproxen or Aleve?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker

I have to disagree with those who said that they are basically the same. Of course this will differ with some people BUT naproxen was very hard on my stomach etc but the aleve wasnt n personally I feel that the aleve is the better of the two for arthritis

  • Naproxen sodium is the active ingredient in the drug with the brand name Aleve. It's like asking which is safer, acetominaphen or Tylenol. They're the same.
  • they are pretty much the same
