  • Try high dose Pharmaceutical grade fish oil and stay away from sweets. and anything that makes sugar in your body like bread. Take a good probiotic to balance your stomach. This helps your stomach assimulate your vitamins. that way your body gets what it needs when it needs it. Stay away from antibiotics! This kills the good and bad bacteria in your stomach and causes the yeast to take over. Listen to Doug Kaufmann on the enternet he's awesome and he will freak you out.

  • Sometimes a good spanking is all someone needs. Or if they are older just some structure.
  • Fish oil pills are all I have really heard of.

I've been using them myself and they seem to help.
  • Not that I've ever heard of. But having a routine and sticking to it can really help.
  • Weed
