Quick fix for a headache..no medications! PLEASE?

Im at work with no medicine and my head is KILLING ME!! A little help please?

Is it tension or migraine headache? If it is migraine, you can put your feet in cold water for 15 minutes and then remove then. Then put your feet in warm water for 15 minutes. Do this until you feel better.
