No. Don't ever do that, and tell others not to do that. It will damage his liver. He will need a transplant. Acetaminophen does not give a "high" at any dosage. A whole bottle would not make him feel a high. But too much will cause your eyes to turn yellow, and will actually kill you from liver failure unless you have a transplant.

Drugs that make people "feel" high or overly relaxed an giggly are called amphetamines or depressants. Acetaminophen is neither. It does not have the chemical structure that can make a person feel high. But it is extremely difficult for the liver to filter. Just a small amount over the normal dosage can cause liver problems. A huge amount can kill you, and you would die without it giving you a "high".

  • It is a drug but it has absolutely NO recreational purposes. That medication is extremely harmful to the liver and when taken in high doses can cause liver failure. Your friend is a complete moron for trying to get high off these pills. The max dose in a 24 hour period is 4000mg and taking 10 is quite dangerous. There are many uses for Acetaminophen but getting high is not one of them. Kids these days...
  • acetaminophen is a blood thinner and can cause internal bleeding that can go on unnoticed for days..
