No, it doesn't. According to http://www.excedrin.com/excedrin-pm-drug… the only active ingredients in Excedrin PM are Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine citrate (the same basic stuff as Tylenol PM), but there is no caffeine.
The NON-PM formulas do have caffeine in them, but not the PM. I hope I helped!
[edit]: Funny how everyone else changed their answer to match mine after I posted the right answer. LOL!

- Nope. Its got Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for pain and Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to help make you sleepy. Becuase going to sleep tends to make you stop feeling that mirgrain until morining (if it hasnt gone away on its own by then)

- Excedrin PM The first headache and sleeping pill combined product.
Contains 500 mg acetaminophen and 38 mg diphenhydramine citrate as a sleep aid, the same active ingredients as Tylenol PM, which was introduced several years later.
It does NOT contain caffeine. - I know that the Tension Headache and Extra Strength DO, but I don't know about the PM. I wouldn't be surprised though just because I don't trust medicine.
- yes it does have caffeine and they call it pm cause its for nigttime:)
