If you have access to a GNC DREN(drenbuteral) works amazing or ARSON form brand name MAP these are the good leagle weight loss formulas. If you can order some Clen (Clenbuteral) on the internet that is the best by far but hard to obtain.

If you find a drug store that sells ephedrine or any ephedrine containing products that is the best leagle product out also there are people that believe that it is unhealthy, this is true if your underweight, havent ate anything for hours and doing extreme activity. But if your not all of these thing your fine I have takin it, worked great for me. They will most likly have it sold as a ashma med bound to a chemical called guffasine. This will force your body to lose weight and make you not want food.

• "diet pills" are usually stimulants and you can become dependent on them. Doctors stopped prescribing diet pills years ago because ogf the addiction factor and the fact that they were not healthy for the users.
  work quick? shortcuts never work. the only dependable way to lose weight effectively is to exercise strenuously and eat less.
• The safest way i think honestly is just diet & exercise. I don't think no pill is helpful with losing weight!
