Can sleeping on one side cause asymmetrical face and body over time?
I read an article by the anma that stated that years of sleeping on one side can cause your nose to be slightly bent toward the opposite side from being pushed against a pillow. Do you think that's possible? Also, do you think it could cause breasts to be asymmetrical because you're sleeping on one side and it restricts flow to that breast?

the nose thing kinda makes sense; being that it is mostly cartilage and flesh, it is relatively malleable. as for an effect on the breasts and the rest of the body, i'm not seeing that being so possible. and keep in mind, we as human beings are naturally asymmetrical. one boob is usually larger than the other, one foot is slightly larger, on ball hangs lower than the other, etc. we favor one side (righty or lefty) in our daily activities for almost all of our lives. as a result of doing so, one side is almost always more developed and attuned to daily life. try to write, or throw a ball, or wipe your bum, or kick a ball, or whatever with your off hand or your off foot. our natural inherent tendency to favor one side of our bodies results in asymmetry. i wouldn't worry about the sleeping and the whatnots.

- yes, because ur body and bones are growing constantly, and the growth on one side of ur body will be slowed if u sleep only on that side. also the skin will get wrinkles faster if u sleep on one side of ur face. so sleep on ur back
- no.
