  • Many things can cause a high vitamin B12 level besides taking Vitamin B12 supplements. Many multi vitamins contain the recommended daily dosage of Vitamin B12, also, some supplements, such as Folgard used for depression also contain Vitamin B12.

Vitamin B12 is also found in many types of meat, shellfish, liver, milk, eggs, soy products, breakfast cereal, energy bars, barley, poultry, most types of fish, legumes, and fortified grains. If you eat a lot of any of foods from any of these categories, it can result in an elevated Vitamin B12 level.
  • good digestion ....... maybe you have stomach acidity levels at the high end of the range and thus are able to assimilate with speed the majority of the nutrients you need ..... lucky girl i say ..... and you probably eat a lot of calcium rich green vegies too ..... without calcium B12 and B6 aren't effectively assimilated.

    peace
