Second Stroke Question?
My uncle who had a stroke three months ago has been having a headache for the last few hours and his blood pressure has been running high today, though he's taken all of his medications. How would I know if he's having another stroke?

You test for FACE (the acronym on the page) by asking a person to smile, talk and raise both hands....

Smile - are both sides of the face making the expression evenly? Both eyes the same?
Talk - is the speech coherant, make sense, is there difficulty making words?
Raise both hands - can it be done evenly, or is there difficulty with one side?

• if he looks like he cant control a side of his body or A SIDE OF HIS FACE.....if u think hes having a stroke ask him to smile or complete a sentcne or rasie both arms seprelty....if hes ahving a stroke he wont be able to do none of the three things......look up cannye pepper it can stop stroke or heart attack while its happeing

• Don't wait until he has another stroke. Call the MD and ask if he should take another blood pressure med. The MD may want him to go to the ER to be seen.
