Resolved Question

CoQ10 has not been shown to cause any liver damage, so you should have no problem with that. I haven't read anything saying CoQ10 would be harmful to take while you're drinking, but you obviously already know that the alcohol is damaging to your system. If you are trying to recover, you could also take some Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Yellowdock, Burdock, or other supplement to help liver health to help your body repair some of the damage, too. Good luck and I hope I helped!

  • From what the doctor said on TV this morning, it won't matter since many of your organs are already damaged beyond repair. Alcohol is worse than they thought.
