Colonic Therapy & weight loss, has it worked for anyone here?

I am very curious about this subject.

Does it have to be a full on colonic treatment or can you do something similar with enema treatments?

Yes you can use a series of enemas and get very similar results, as long as you take them in different positions. Colonic irrigation is expensive these days, about $75 to $100 each and you need a series of 3 to 5. A two quart enema bag runs under $15 and lasts for years.
