Is it good for you to drink a glass of water with 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar added?
Would it make a difference if you added a little apple cordial (juice) to it so the taste is not so bad?

- Despite the claims of many fools on the internet, vinegar has no proven benefits to your health. If you are prone to acid reflux it can actually make this problem much worse because vinegar is highly acidic. So, add whatever you like to your placebo because it won't change the fact that it has no health benefits.
- Vinegar: sprinkle it on chips or a salad, tastes great!
Acetic acid likely has no beneficial health effects whatsoever and certainly none that can be discerned by anyone who consumes it. - if it makes you feel better, no harm...
- why would you do that ?
