I don't understand health insurance?

I'm almost 20, I dropped out of college, I'm quitting my job, and I'm almost off my parents' health insurance. I'm looking at it but I don't understand it. What does it mean when it talks about a $1500 deductible? What does the 20% coinsurance mean? What does it mean when it says "Office visit: $25 before deductible."?
