  • to reduce it's side affect?? do you mean to quell the nauseous billeous sensation that generally ensues as a result of eating foods that are highly processed??

try drinking some peppermint tea to aide in digestion if that's the case........ only the loose leaf organic variety that you prepare and brew yourself will do though as the commercial and tea bag varieties have had so much of the esssential oils pulverised from them they could never be of any therapeutic value.

or try grating some fresh ginger into a tea strainer and steep in a mug of hot water for 10 mins....... drink up.... that should quell the pain of eating processedsludge.

    peace baby

  • The problem with fast food is not the hamburger - it's the fat and sugar (loads!!!) in the fries and drink you get with it.
Get a hamburger or fishburger (and side salad for that matter!) and a cup of cofee or hot tea with it and it's actually quite healthy!
DON'T order the "iced tea" which is just another sugar bomb drink no healthier than cola is.

  • There's no herb with any proven effects, side or otherwise. There's no pill you can take that will make up for bad eating habits. You're going to have to face the fact that some things, health being one of them, don't have a quick fix.
  • If your willing to add herbs then your half way to actually cooking for yourself! Thats a much better idea :)
  • lol thats the dumest question in the world
