Resolved Question
Vitamin D and Calcium Supplements?
Does it matter which time of the day I take the vitamins first? Because I usually take Calcium after lunch and Vitamin D after dinner... Will Calcium be absorbed if I take it first without the Vitamin D or will it not matter at all?

Yes it does matter. Vitamin D helps calcium to cross from the intestinal tract into the blood stream. Take your Vitamin D in the morning and calcium whenever you like.
Remember to take Vitamin D with a fatty food like peanut butter. Take a good form of calcium like the citrate or asporotates and you will absorb more calcium than by taking the carbonates.
